Meet Chef Dave.
Chef Dave Heide is the Executive Chef and Owner of Ollie’s and St. Charles Station in Fitchburg, WI. He is also the founder of Little John’s, a non-for-profit, pay-what-you-can cafe. As a graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Minnesota, Chef Dave has always had a passion for cooking. He has been creating delicious cuisine for over 20 years.
Chef Dave is known throughout Madison for his restaurant ventures and has been featured on NBC15 and Isthmus Car to Table. You'll have no trouble finding Chef Dave as he is always wearing his signature black hat.
When Chef Dave’s not making magic in the kitchen, he’s spending time with his lovely wife, Tiffany, and his three children,
Ollie, Charlie and John.
